Lower Level Living

This project turned the basement of this home into a beautiful, comfortable area that blends the lines of indoors and outdoors. Large glass-pane retracting doors and glass paned staircase give the area uninterrupted sight lines, flooding the space with beautiful natural light and  providing easy access to a screened-in porch. Custom built-in cabinets surrounding a bench area and wet bar provide storage and function while being focal points in the main room, providing consistency with matching finishes in both fixtures. This project also has a guest suite and luxurious ADA-accessible bathroom sporting a custom cut marble checkerboard floor, seamless shower door, and bench seating.
